A lightweight and customizable tooltip replacement for World of Warcraft Midnight with unit, item and spell positioning, player details and optional Raider.IO integration.
# TipTac Midnight
TipTac Midnight is a lightweight and highly customizable tooltip addon for World of Warcraft Retail. It provides clean, detailed tooltips while avoiding access to protected aura data and the resulting Lua taint errors.

- Player names displayed in their class colors
- Customizable health and mana/resource bars with numerical values
- Specialization, item level, zone and target information
- Optional Raider.IO ratings, Mythic+ details and raid progress
- Independent cursor or fixed positions for:
- Unit tooltips
- Item tooltips
- Spell tooltips
- Adjustable font size, line spacing, scale, colors, background opacity and bar height
- Optional Shift, Ctrl or Alt requirement for displaying tooltips
- Separate combat visibility rules for units, items or all tooltips
- Compatibility improvements for loot notifications and profession tooltips
- Movable minimap button that can also be disabled
- Built-in preview and position controls
- Dedicated settings window opened with `/ttm`
- Automatic or manual language selection
- English, German, French and Spanish localization
## Raider.IO Integration
The Raider.IO addon is required to display Raider.IO ratings, Mythic+ information and raid progress.
TipTac Midnight works normally without Raider.IO. Only the Raider.IO-related information will be unavailable.
## Compatibility
TipTac Midnight is designed for World of Warcraft Retail 12.1 and later compatible Retail versions.
The addon avoids protected aura access and is designed around the restrictions introduced with World of Warcraft Midnight.
## Command
`/ttm` — Opens the TipTac Midnight settings window.
