TinyCrits - Crit Sounds for Critical Damage and Heals

• Lua error fixes for spell checks.
• Fixed attack window to pick up more white and yellow melee crits.  If too noisy, can make only yellow/spell/attack crits play the sounds with new command: /tc swings off

• This is the original build, known issue: sounds will go off sometimes when your party members get crits on your target, no way to resolve because the combat log is not readable via addons anymore so it reads all crits.
