Since the October 8 patch, the Clean Up Bags button on the combined backpack in WoW Forever is hidden behind another element, and the built-in sort leaves the empty slots at the top of your bags. Tidy Satchel fixes both.
Features
- The broom is back: a sort button next to the search box on the combined backpack.
- Packs items to the top: everything moves into the first slots, with the empty space at the bottom.
- Sorted by type: Hearthstone first, then consumables, ammo, trade goods and reagents, gear, recipes, bags, quest items and miscellaneous items. Within a type, best quality first, then by name. Grey junk always goes last, ready to sell.
- Merges partial stacks of the same item.
- Fast: items are swapped straight into place, so a full tidy takes about a second.
- Leaves profession bags alone: herb, skinning, mining, enchanting and other special bags, soul bags and quivers are never touched.
- Respects Ignore: bags set to Ignore in the backpack's cleanup options are left alone.
- Works around stuck items: an item in the trade window or on an unsent mail stays put and everything else is sorted around it.
Usage
- Click the broom on the combined backpack.
- `/sortbags` tidies your bags from chat, even with your bags closed.
