# Changelog

## 1.2.0

Brought in step with the Group Finder in Thicc UI 2.43.25.

- **Ticking every dungeon no longer finds fewer groups.** A game listing search holds at most 16 dungeons and a big search can come back cut short, so a search for many dungeons now goes out in parts of 16 and the listings are put together. The first part goes out when you tick; the rest on your next click or key press, or with the new **Search the rest** button under the list. If the game held some listings back, the line under the list says so.
- **Whispers tab: far fewer blanks.** Level, class, zone and role are now also filled in from everyone seen in your searches this session (whisperers are often listed themselves), from players who applied to your listing, and from the whisper itself (the game gives the sender's class, and on Forever their level). Someone who whispered before you searched is filled in as soon as a search finds them. Roles show as Tank / Healer / DPS, or initials (H/D) for several.
- Whispers tab tooltip says **Applied to your listing** for applicants; the "Also seen in your search" line is gone.
- **Fixed: "Leave those whispers out of the chat tabs" may never have worked on Forever.** It registered through a function Forever only keeps in its deprecated-API add-on; it now uses the game's current one (as Thicc UI 2.43.23 did for Custom Chat).
- `/tlfg debug` also shows how many dungeons a search takes, whether the current search is in parts, how many listings the game held back, and how the whisper filter registered.

## 1.1.0

Brought in step with the Group Finder in Thicc UI 2.43.18.

- **Whispers tab.** While you're listed, whispers are gathered on a tab of the window (the Whispers button by Notify me): one line per player with Name, Lvl, Class, Role, Zone and a message count, sortable by clicking a heading. Point at a row to read their messages; a green count means unread. Level, class and zone come from your group, target, guild or friends list when the game knows them, else from what they wrote (marked with *). Select one to **Invite**, **Reply**, **Look up** (/who) or **Remove**.
- While you're listed, the separate whisper tabs your chat opens for those players are closed as they open. Settings: collect while listed (on), leave those whispers out of the chat tabs (off), look each one up with /who automatically (off).
- **Playstyle filter.** A drop-down at the top right of the filter box: Any, Learning, Relaxed, Competitive or Carry Offered. A listing's tooltip shows its playstyle.
- **More listings found.** Searches ask the game to hide nothing, so a filter left in the game's own browser can't thin out the results, and listings whose leader's name hasn't arrived yet are kept.
- **Zone column:** the leader's zone, with each member's zone in the listing tooltip.
- **Fixed: Send Message / whisper did nothing on Forever.** It now opens the chat box addressed to the player the way the game's own Reply does, keeping first and last name together.
- **Invite / Request Invite** now go through the game's own /invite command from a secure button over the Invite button (out of combat), the way the game's chat does it.
- `/tlfg debug` also reports how whispers and invites are sent and how many listings the game reported, read and left out.

## 1.0.1

- Window title is now **ThiccLFG** instead of "Looking for Group".
- Settings page has a new **Part of the Thicc suite** section introducing Thicc UI and its main features.

## 1.0.0

First release: the Group Finder from Thicc UI as a standalone addon.

**Group Finder**
- Role filter (Tank, Healer, DPS) and class filter
- Show or hide groups
- Dungeon list matches your level, with an option to show all level ranges
- Listings update by themselves
- Sort by Leader, Level, Activity or Roles
- Double-click to invite a player, or to ask a group's leader for an invite
- Notify me: a sound and the window open when someone new matches your filters
- Shows whether you're listed, and opens the game's window to list yourself
- Can open in place of the game's Group Browser

**New in the standalone addon**
- Minimap button: left-click opens ThiccLFG, right-click opens settings
- `/tlfg` command with `options`, `reset`, `debug` and `help`
- Key binding under Key Bindings > AddOns > ThiccLFG
- Move and resize the window from its title bar
