# theTracker changelog
## 1.3
### New: LibSharedMedia support
- theTracker brings **LibSharedMedia** with it: the texture and font lists show what other addons register, and its own fonts are there for them too.
### New: bar backgrounds
- Bars get a **background texture**, from the same list as the bar's, tinted with the background color and its opacity.
### New: spell name and timer, each on its own
- The Text section is split in two, **Spell name** and **Timer**, each with its own font, size, color, outline, shadow, position and X / Y.
### New: icon customization
- Bar groups get an **Icon** section: show or hide it, left or right of the bar, size, X / Y, its own border, the cooldown sweep and the stacks' text.
### New: `/tt version`
- Shows the game's interface version (and the .toc's, when the game tells), to keep the addon up to date.
### Changed
- **Rearranged** several config panels, so related settings sit together.
- A bar's icon now sits **outside the bar**, so the bar's width no longer includes it. Existing groups are adjusted to look the same.
### Fixed
- Test mode no longer gives made-up stacks to spells that don't stack, such as Stealth or Slice and Dice: only stacking samples show them.
## 1.2
### New: its own options window
- theTracker now has its own window instead of pages in the game's options. Open it with `/tt`, the minimap button (a click opens or closes it) or the AddOn compartment.
- On the left, General, Profiles, Themes and every bar group, with "+ New bar group" at the end. Groups that are hidden show greyed out.
- Each group's page has everything in one place, in foldable sections: show, style, rename, copy from, delete; its bars and a new bar; position and layout; look; text. What doesn't apply to the group's style is hidden, and what depends on a setting turned off is greyed out.
- "Restore defaults" on a group's page brings back the default look; its name, position and bars stay.
- Unlock and Test mode at the top of every page, following the minimap button and the chat commands.
- Creating, renaming or deleting a group, and changing, copying or importing a profile, no longer ask to reload the interface.
- Panel scale, from 75% to 125%, and Escape closes the window. It keeps its place when the theme changes.
### New: themes
- The same nine themes as Comergy3, shared by all your characters: Alliance, Battlefield, Graphite, Horde, Midnight blue, Obsidian, Scourge, Stone, and Forever (the default), drawn with the game's own options art.
- The flat themes take your class color as their accent, or the theme's own.
### New: previews in the lists
- The texture list shows a strip of each texture, in the group's bar color.
- The font list shows each font in its own lettering, and the chosen one in the box.
### New: Incognito's Tools
- theTracker sits in an "Incognito's Tools" group: in the AddOns list, and in Options > AddOns, where the group's page lists its addons with a button to open each.
### Changed
- "Game font" is gone from the font list: the default font is Friz Quadrata, the game's own. Groups that used "Game font", and older exports that have it, get Friz Quadrata.
- A font that can't be loaded now falls back to Friz Quadrata, setting and all.
- The window is signed with the author's full name and realm.
## 1.0.2
### New
- Auras with no duration, such as Stealth, now show a full bar instead of an empty one. theTracker learns which ones they are the first time it sees them out of combat, and remembers.
- A group whose font can't be loaded (deleted, or from an addon that's gone) switches to the game's font, setting and all, so the texts on its bars never vanish. Choose your font again in Options > Text once it's back.
- The font list only offers fonts that can be loaded.
### Fixed
- After changing a group's settings, the label and the time left could vanish from its bars.
- The texts on the bars could vanish when their font failed to load: they now fall back to the game's font.
## 1.0 — first release
Buffs, debuffs and cooldowns as bars or icons, in groups you set up yourself.
### Groups and bars
- Create as many bar groups as you like, each with its own page in the game's options (Options > AddOns > theTracker).
- Add bars one by one, as in Raven: buff, debuff or **cooldown**; the spell by name or ID (every rank is found); which unit it's on (player, pet, target, focus, mouseover, target's target, focus's target, pet's target); who cast it (you, your pet, others or anyone).
- Each bar can be switched off, relabelled, recoloured and moved up or down: the list order is the order on screen.
- Built on the game's own aura containers, so bars keep working in combat, where addons can't read auras.
### Bars or icons
- **Bars**: width, height, spacing, texture (the game's, plus any LibSharedMedia ones), bar and background colours, border with its size and colour, icon left, right or hidden, grow up or down.
- **Icons**: size, the game's cooldown sweep (normal or reversed), eight ways to grow (right then down, left then up, down then right...) and icons per row.
- Texts: font, size, outline (including Comergy3's **crisp outline** on the label), colour, shadow with its offset, label on or off, time left anywhere or hidden, stack counts.
- Time left written short, with no space: "45s", "2m".
### Cooldowns
- Cooldown bars show your spell's cooldown, not its effect, from the moment you cast it until it's ready again (Stealth: from when you leave it). The global cooldown is ignored.
### Placing and testing
- Unlock to drag groups, or set X and Y to the pixel.
- Test mode: made-up bars on every group, running down over and over, styled as the real ones.
- Copy a group's look onto another (not its position, size, name or bars).
### Profiles
- Profiles per character: new, choose, copy from, delete, reset.
- Export a profile as text and import it, checked field by field; the import replaces the current profile and can be undone.
### Also
- Minimap button (left click: options, right click: lock / unlock), with an option to hide it.
- Slash commands: `/tt` (options), `/tt bars`, `/tt lock`, `/tt test`, `/tt export`, `/tt import`.
- English and Spanish.
