New: Alt Character Knowledge Point Viewer (KP Tab)

- Added a Character dropdown alongside the Profession dropdown on the KP tab
- Login each character to populate current knowledge point status
- Defaults to Current — shows data for the logged-in character
- Selecting an alt shows that character's profession list and one-time knowledge completion status
- Switching back to Current restores live data for the logged-in character
- Character knowledge snapshots are saved on login and updated whenever KPs change
- Renamed "Profession Knowledge" label to "Profession"
