Version 1.21 : the special spell effect cooldown reduction and cast time reduction now accept percentages if there is the symbol "%" at the end.

fixed a bug from previous release where some special spell effects were not taken into account.

fixed a typo bug with apotheosis introduced at some point.

the greyed parameters are now slave rather than disabled.

solved inconsistency with the idle mode and the undo function.
