The Dragon Frames

There was many fixes the Retail version needed that I finally was able to get around to. A couple of big bugs were present that frankly I cant believe I let get through.

the "Classic" dragon frame now properly scales alongside "Forever" and "Retail" variants. For example whenever you change your preset to simply display "Classic" instead of Forever, it would not properly naturally be in the same position.

Eye glow now properly sits on your dragons eye, no matter what dragon you use or where it may be on the screen.

Ensured that the scale/drag options whenever you unlock the dragon properly surrounds the dragon.   

Thats all for fixes today, everything according to extensive testing should be working properly now. Other for RAM and CPU reductions which I attempt to include in every update thats all!
