• Display: better mimic the CDM config
  Read and apply CDM viewer settings: icon scale, padding, bar width,
  alpha, visibility (always/combat/never), bar content mode (both/icon
  only/name only), hide-when-inactive placeholders, and tooltips.
  Add combat state tracking for visibility rules. Add rounded icon masks
  and tooltip hover support on both bars and icons. Support CDM icon
  orientation and direction.
