Telepathy

Enables cooldown notification between players and allows party members access to each-others spell books.
Telepathy features dual-spec support - just drag your abilities into each spec, then when you switch specs, the right set will be published.
Top panel is tracked foreign abilities (other players). Bottom panel is your own abilities.
Spell book showing foreign player's abilities in the top panel, and your own abilities in the bottom panel.
