TDK Guild Manager

A guild and raid roster management addon for World of Warcraft.

TDK Guild Manager is designed to give guild leaders and officers a centralized place to manage their raiders, organize their roster, and track raid readiness without relying entirely on external spreadsheets or websites.

Originally developed for The Dark Kingdom, the addon is being made available to other guilds looking for a straightforward way to manage their teams.

Guild Roster Management

• View and organize guild characters in one interface.
• Separate characters into Active, Bench, and All Characters views.
• Sort and filter roster information.
• Manually select characters with suggestions from eligible guild members.
• Manage roster assignments without modifying actual in-game guild ranks.

Raider Roles & Assignments

• Assign and manage raider roles.
• Bulk role assignment for multiple characters.
• Update roster information individually or in bulk.
• Confirmation prompts before applying bulk roster changes.

Raid Readiness

• Track item levels to help evaluate raid readiness.
• Manually enter item levels when automatic information is unavailable.
• Automatically refresh available character information when players join the raid group.
• Identify characters with missing or outdated readiness information.

Customizable Guild Settings

• Customize the guild name displayed in the addon.
• Default name: The Dark Kingdom.
• Maintain your roster settings between sessions.

TDK Guild Manager is built for guild masters, raid leaders, and officers who want better visibility into their raid roster.

Whether you're managing a progression team, rotating raiders, evaluating trials, or keeping track of your bench, the goal is to make roster management easier.

Development

TDK Guild Manager is currently in beta and under active development.
