Converted @alpha@ sections to @do-not-package@ instead since a lot of people seem to use the alphas through the Curse client.

Only /tbrep opens the standalone configuration dialog now. /tbrepwatch, /tbrepwatcher and /tbreputationwatcher all open the Blizzard configuration panel.
