Tagging as r52-release
* Added an option to mark watched factions as active. While it is enabled by default, it has no effect if Ignore Inactive is disabled (the default).
* Fixed a rare bug where exalted actions might not be marked as inactive, bypassing the user setting.
* Added slash commands (eg. /tbrep) to easily open the configuration menu.
* Added a slash command (/tbrw) to configure the add-on from the command line.

Fixed a bug where an inactive faction would not be marked as active upon a reputation change if it was already being watched.

* Should now actually load.
* Now marking the watched faction as active by default. Inactive factions are still ignored by default, however.
* Configuration groups are now inline rather than trees.
* /tbrw now controls the options from the command line. The other slash commands still open the configuration dialog.
