Added pet options to allow for all pets in a party or raid to be added to the tank list, personal pets only to be added to the list, or no pets to be added to the list.  added this feature for hunters who need to level low level pets and have a party with another pet that can tank.  Also added some event handlers to prevent errors when an action can only be preformed out of combat.
