Added a new [TS] icon that toggles the main window (hide/unhide).

This quickly gets the window out of your way, so you don't need to take up a valuable macro slot to toggle the window anymore. You can still use a macro like normal, and it can be useful to set a keybinding.

The window is movable separately from the toggle icon. They both remember their screen location.

If you lose them, you can retest them to center in the preferences/config window.

The window and toggle button locations are global, for all characters.
