Target Frame Buffs

Adds clickable buffs above target frame depending on your class so you can quickly buff players who pass by.

• Shows your classes buffs that are available
• Automatically buffs the targeted player
• Uses highest rank for targeted player
• Hides when in combat

Also, has clickable actionbars that can be placed above your frame (or targets) for quick access to items or spells. There is an optional low health arrow at 20% to remind you to use these items.
