An extra 'Announce' button has been added to the miniframe (which used to only have the 'Targets' button).

TargetAnnounce can now hook into QuickMark (current version found at http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/12170/ - not likely to work with older versions). If QuickMark and TargetAnnounce are both installed and loaded, QuickMark's marking buttons will be moved to TargetAnnounce's miniframe. QuickMark's now empty frame will be hidden.
