Added a lot of raids to the raid suggest function. Currently unsupported are AQ20, AQ40 and BWL. Also, if you aren't in a raid instance, a regular sheep-trap-sap CC list will be suggested, instead of giving an error.
QuickMark integration has been discontinued.
