  • LibDataBroker-1.1 launcher (TankWatch now appears in Titan Panel,
    ChocolateBar, etc.). Left-click opens options, right-click toggles
    the mover.
  • Pulsing NEW badge system: new panel widgets get a gold/orange pulsing
    badge that disappears on first hover/click. State persists per-account.
    Badges already added to: visibility mode, tank detection, debuff filter
    mode, bg color mode, bg texture toggle/dropdown, bg color swatch,
    Stack/Timer position controls, Profiles New/Refresh-export buttons.
  • Locale stubs for deDE, esES/esMX, itIT, ptBR, ruRU, koKR, zhCN, zhTW.
    Tab labels translated; other strings fall back to English. Translations
    welcome.
