TankForever

Brings the frames up to date with ForeverUI 0.4.59. Fixed: the CompactUnitFrame errors in combat, from Edit Mode and at the flight master ("CompactUnitFrame.lua:699 ... secret number value, while execution tainted", and the "outOfRange" one). Putting Blizzard's own frames away by hiding them ran a bit of Blizzard's code under this addon's name; Blizzard's party and raid frames now stop listening once they're put away, and Blizzard's protected frames are faded out instead of hidden. TankForever has been rolled into ForeverUI, which is where new work happens.
