Built from the same engine as ForeverUI 0.4.17.

• Heals on the frames in combat. In a fight Forever won't let addons read auras, so the frames show the HoTs they saw you cast. Casts are now noted whichever role is current, and a HoT whose target the game hides counts on you when you have no friendly target, the way the game casts it. HoTs pressed on action bars get the full fix with ForeverUI's own bars, which say which spell you pressed.
