Defensively handle WoW secret restricted GUID strings to avoid taint/errors: use issecurevalue when available, pcall tostring and re-check restricted values, avoid indexing threatCache with restricted keys, and avoid direct comparisons with potentially restricted stored GUIDs only reset unit state when a safe inequality is confirmed. Also bumped addon version in the .toc to 1.7.
