Ability prediction was a small feature, this was further extended in the Vantage Point addon with spell reflect, interruptible, stunnable knowledge. Internal WaRo uses the simple ability tracker, but when Vantage Point is enabled WaRo disables his own tracker and uses the Vantage Point API
