Added Setthek Spirit on the Enemy Count blacklist

Added resilience to "Tank Stats".

 

New feature: Ability Tracker, integrated in threat trackers. Observes enemy casts via combat log, records time first cast, hp at cast. Saves 50 casts per statistic. Calculates via coefficient of variation if a trigger is HP-based (enrage, heal) or time-based. Combat start is record time, but what if you didn't pull? Uses outlier trimming to calculate noisy data. 

Also works on bosses, like a small boss addon.
