Synced improvements from Warrior TBC to ERA Rotation

Devastate is modified by applied sunders and weapon damage, all calculations are now in place

  • 0 stacks -> 213 dmg 
  • 5 stacks -> 388 dmg 

 

Fixed an issue where Threat rotation did not switch to Damage rotation
