New: bar display styles.

• Choose between the floating panel, a bar across the top of the screen, or a bar across the bottom (Options > General, or /tally panel, /tally bar, /tally bottom)
• The bar shows everything on one line, with a thin XP line (and rested XP) along its edge
• The bar moves other UI out of its way: minimap and buffs move down for a top bar; action bars, micro menu, bags and XP bars move up for a bottom bar. This can be turned off in options
• While Edit Mode is open, moved frames go back to their real positions so you can edit them
