Added the macro replacement feature (turned off by default).
Enabling this feature, you can define a list of macros and a sublist of spells for every macro.
You can define if you want the list to work as a blacklist or a whitelist.
You can also define if you want the feature to automatically change talents in your macros when you modify your talents (you can do it manually whenever you want).

Known bugs:
the function does not distinguish between active and passive spells.

Core reworked to support multi ActionSlot binding for every tier.

Added command "detect" to scan your action bars and automatically register the talents you have placed in them.
The best use of this command is when TalentTierBinder is installed, in order to have your first configuration.
