• Add /tforge browse, settings profile import/export and translations
  • /tforge browse [class]: class browser in a window of its own while the
    game's talent window is locked (below level 10); inside the talent window
    otherwise. Config lookup falls back to any combat config.
  • Settings profile (TFP1:): one string for mode, toggles, every saved
    position (chip, bar, browser window) and all plans; validated, merged onto
    defaults, applied live. /tforge profile [import] and a menu entry.
  • Localisation for deDE, frFR, esES, esMX, ptBR, ruRU, koKR, zhCN, zhTW,
    itIT (Locales/), buttons that grow with their text, tree names from the
    client with English fallback.
