Talents Forever

0.38.1

• Beta build 70291 (8 Oct): the trees as the new client has them. Warrior Impale now needs Deep Wounds at 3 points, with an arrow from Deep Wounds to Impale. Druid Predatory Instincts is called Natural Instinct, same spot and same two ranks.
• Links and saved plans from before this build still open on the right talents. Points in Predatory Instincts land on Natural Instinct. A plan with Impale over a Deep Wounds short of 3 hands Impale's points back and the planner says why. Links still end in -6, so 0.38.0 and 0.38.1 read each other's links the same.
• Penance's spell power line in the book reads 19% (it was 28.5%), as the new files have it.
• Tooltips come from your game as before, so Penance, Water Shield, Reckoning, Expose Prey, Demonic Brand and the rest already read this build's numbers.
