  • Fix beast skinning detection: use QUEST_LOG_UPDATE instead of QUEST_TURNED_IN
    Skinning renowned beasts doesn't fire QUEST_TURNED_IN. Listen to
    QUEST_LOG_UPDATE and poll all beast quest IDs for new completions.
    Also rename Harandar portal names to match in-game text.
