Tooltip says "Unfold all of the faction groups to see your standing for this faction." I assume that means, don't click the minus. I went through all of my factions to make sure none of the nests were minimized and none were and the addon still doesn't do anything.
The addon also eats the living hell out of frame rates when a tabard is moused over.

I fixed the "Unfold...." issue.
Not sure what to tell you about the framerate issue.
