Manual Rotation Builder Update

• Added manual rotation builder where you can select spells from a list to build your own custom rotations to use rather than the suggest assisted combat suggestions from blizzard
• Profiles are saved with a name per spec
• Share codes & import capability so you can share your rotation codes with others using the addon
• If ticked trinkets/potions will still reccomend to cast as a priority over rotations off cooldown.
• Mode selector for assisted combat or manual rotation profiles
• If Manual mode selected & profile selected. the rotation will be paused unless you make sure all spells are present on your action bars.
• Currently, if you do not have the resources to cast a spell in the rotation or a charge to cast the rotation will simply skip to the next spell in the que.

This is a BETA FEATURE and i am still heavily developing it. feedback on this is going to be crutial so i can better improve it for you. please leave a comment if you notice any bugs.
