Compare gear at a glance with configurable stat-weight scores directly in item tooltips.

SWIFTY is a lightweight gear comparison addon for World of Warcraft: Forever, designed around the levelling journey; questing, dungeon runs, professions and Auction House browsing.

Choose a bundled class/spec levelling profile or create your own stat weights, then use SWIFTY’s tooltip scores to help evaluate potential upgrades against your currently equipped gear.

SWIFTY doesn’t tell you what your best gear is. It gives you the tools to decide what’s best for the way you play.

Designed for discovery, not solving the game

SWIFTY is not a BiS list or automated gear solver.

You decide which stats matter to your character and how important they are. SWIFTY simply performs the calculation.

The bundled profiles are intended as practical levelling starting points, not simulated optimal endgame weights. They are deliberately editable so you can adjust them around your talent build, playstyle or personal preferences.

Finding an unusual quest reward, dungeon drop or Auction House item should still feel like discovering an upgrade, not checking whether it appears at the top of somebody else’s predetermined list.

Configuration

Type /swifty or click the minimap icon to open the SWIFTY configuration menu.

From there you can:

• Edit and save weights independently for each profile.
• Manually select a profile.
• Allow SWIFTY to automatically choose a profile from your talent allocation.
• Reset profiles to their bundled defaults.
• Import or export stat-weight configurations.

Manually selecting a profile disables automatic profile selection until you choose to re-enable it.

Racial handling

SWIFTY only applies racial effects where they meaningfully affect the comparison between two pieces of equipment.

Following the World of Warcraft: Forever October 15 update, obsolete Dwarf Mace, Orc Axe and Human Sword racial bonuses have been removed from SWIFTY scoring.

Their replacement unconditional combat bonuses do not change the relative score between equipment choices and are therefore not added to individual item scores. Critical damage and healing racial bonuses also remain unscored.
