SwiftStats - A lightweight Secondary Stats HUD

The addon is now way more ✨Efficient✨, it was made quick and dirty initially since it was off season but as it is about to start again I have put efforts into making it less hungry for CPU.

Ram usage is in theory the trade off but I have also optimized the addon elsewhere to make up for it so ram usage is roughly the same.

TLDR: It runs better than before

Changes:

• Redesigned update method and intervals for efficiency
• Optimized minimap button icon (40kb down to 3kb)
• Added - Main stat tracking 
• Added -  Ability to match the stat's value colour to the stat's title (like the orignal WA had)
• Fixed - Issue where secondary stats would not respect the "Show Rating" tickbox and would only show as a %
• Fixed  - Some layout and spacing issues with the settings pane (the settings pane looks more organized now)
• Removed - "Friends" font since it did nothing anyway

Future plans: Probably any feature requests I recieve that I had not thought of yet. Possibly more background customization but its not a feature I use so idk. I have also thought about adding custom fonts for people that are fussy about all the fonts being the same, for example a Naowh UI user will want Avantgarde.ttf so it matches.
