###Simplified Bar Visibility Setting
- Replaced "Hide when not Ret" with a simple "Show bar" toggle
- Toggle ON: Bar is always visible (regardless of spec)
- Toggle OFF: Bar is hidden
- After a lot of confusion and reports from many players the swingtimer bar visibility has been simplified. Provides cleaner, more intuitive control over bar visibility

### Version Check Notifications
- Added automatic update notification system
- SwedgeTimer now exchanges version info with other users
- Notifies you when a newer version is available on CurseForge
- Can be disabled in settings via "Update notifications" toggle
- Many players do not update and miss out on the new optimizations. This way the ones out of date are notified once per login session.
