Modifications to the Blizzard flyout frame.

SwapMagic is an enhancement for the Blizzard item flyout feature in your character sheet. It makes the following enhancements:
- Sticky menus. Menus don't disappear as soon as you let go of alt - they will stay up until you move off of them.
- Rarity coloring. Items will have a border around them, indicating their quality.
- Gear swap queueing. If you try to swap a piece of gear when you are ineligible to do so (dead or in combat), SwapMagic will queue it up and automatically swap it out when you are alive and out of combat.
- Quality filtering. Set a minimum threshold for items to be displayed in the flyout.
- Sane filtering. Won't show items in the flyout that you already have equipped.
