SUF for Classic v1.15.9

This is a minimal compatibility update intended to get Shadowed Unit Frames working in Classic Era 1.15.9. 

I fixed the startup error, combat aura error, and hiding Blizzard frames and such. It's been tested in solo and party content but not raids.
