This addon removes the annoying green spinning wheel icon that appears at the top of your screen when the game is "downloading" data as you play.
The reason you would want this addon is if you are playing on the Chinese titan reforged realms in english the game will always display the spinning green wheel randomly, because you are playing in english the chinese client thinks it isnt updated fully.
This will remove the spinning green wheel entirely.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
THIS ADDON IS NOT INSTALLED AS A NORMAL ADDON!
PLACE "COMMON" Folder into "World of Warcraft\_classic_titan_\Interface"
Final installation should look like this "World of Warcraft\_classic_titan_\Interface\COMMON"
DO NOT PLACE THIS ADDON IN YOUR ADDONS FOLDER IT WILL NOT WORK!!!
