StormWIN 1.3.1

  • Added the complete 2-4 player Light Cycles mode with host-authoritative steering, collision handling, recovery snapshots, key bindings, and DKP record integration.
  • Refined the Stormwind and Goldshire Inn interface with a recessed panel, branded lion-crest header, Alliance pennant, heavier timber shell, lanterns, and stone footings.
  • Fixed frame layering so the architectural shell surrounds the content and roll-result numbers remain clearly readable above their badges.
