From version 22:
New feature: Automatically create taunt macros. Type /sgt for info on how to do this, then check your character tab in your macro window to find them.
New feature: Player-specific icons for taunts. An icon will only show if you are a tank and you need to taunt something immediately or soon. Additional text will show over a black box for any other players who have the addon installed.
