Storage views
- Added a small category visibility button to the storage action bar.
- When category buttons are visible, the button says:
  Hide Categories
- When category buttons are hidden, the button says:
  Category sort

Behavior
- Clicking Hide Categories hides the category toggle rows.
- Clicking Category sort shows the category toggle rows again.
- Active category selections stay active while the category buttons are hidden.
- Setting is saved per storage view:
  Bags
  Bank
  Reagent
  Warband
  Guild
