Stock Clerk

Stock Clerk is a lightweight, per-character consumable restock tracker for retail World of Warcraft. Set a target count for every consumable you want to keep on hand — flasks, potions, food, runes, whatever — and Stock Clerk shows you at a glance which ones you're short on and helps you top them up from the Auction House.

The core loop

"I want to always have 20 of this flask on me. How many am I short? What's the cheapest way to get more?"

That's the whole product. Everything else is polish around that loop.

Features

Per-character shopping list. Each character keeps its own list of items and target counts. Your enchanter's list and your raid main's list don't step on each other.

Have / Need / Price Cap columns. Your primary "Have" count is what's in your bags. Anything sitting in the bank, reagent bank, or warband bank shows up as a dim annotation like (+7: 5 bank, 2 warband) so you always know where your stock actually lives.

Per-item price cap. Set an optional maximum gold-per-unit for any item. The restock loop will never buy above your cap. Uncapped items are visible in the list but excluded from any automation until you set a cap for them, so you can't accidentally overpay.

Auction House integration. Open the AH, click a row in the Stock Clerk window, and it searches for that item. Or use the "Restock at AH" button to run a batched restock pass across every short item on your list, respecting each item's price cap.

Full keyboard-only entry. Tab and Shift+Tab walk the entire editable surface in a logical order: Item ID → Target → Price Cap → Add Item → row 1 Need → row 1 Cap → row 2 Need → and so on, wrapping at the end. Enter, Tab, and clicking away all commit an edit. Escape cancels without committing. You never have to reach for the mouse unless you want to.

Flat, out-of-the-way UI. Single window, resizable, mint-accented chrome that stays out of your face. Position and size persist per character. Dark, minimalist aesthetic inspired by atrocityEssentials and NorskenUI.

Compatibility

• Retail World of Warcraft only (Interface 12.1, Midnight)
• No known conflicts with Auctionator, Baganator, Syndicator, or other quiet AH/bag addons

Roadmap

Stock Clerk is early-days. Planned work includes opt-in full auto- purchase with per-session spend caps, a last-known-price column, a sidecar activity log with audit trail, and per-item historical price sparklines.
