    Added raid messages

    One for not enough clicks. Periodic message to raid/party.

    One for summons available. Periodic message to raid/party. Either this or not enough clicks.

    One for click the portal nag. Next button becomes nag while summoning.

    Changed options to use blizz tree style for more space on pages.

    Addon users report whether at destination, raid sniffer adds non-addon users for counts.
