Shot #3 at fixing NE Druid issues with prowl and shadowmeld. Please let me know if it is working properly now for NE Druids.

I think I finally have it working properly for NE Druids and fixed the issue with NE Druids under level 10.

Fixed broken embeds.... I run all my mods dis embedded so forgice me for that oversite.

grr me starting to hates NE Druids.................

Have not tested with Night Elves, as I do not have one so ShadowMeld code is drycoded and may be buggy.
