Stab 3....Reworked NE Druid and shadowmeld detection code. Should now be working properly, will need some feedback on if this is now working properly or not

grr me starting to hates NE druids.................

Have not tested with Night Elves, as I do not have one so ShadowMeld code is drycoded and may be buggy.
