Restores the previously collapsed menus when the tradeskill UI is opened

- Keep track of which categories were collapsed per character and attempts to restore when the tradeskill UI is opened again
- Add a collapse all button to the tradeskill UI

/sc - restores the previously collapsed categories in the event it doesn't work automatically
