Fixed

• Settings now opens reliably even when a newly created FontString cannot accept a direct font during client startup. Config labels inherit their owned FontObject before receiving text, and failed font rollbacks no longer call SetText on an unconfigured region.
• Movement keeps its percentage contract during restricted combat without attempting to convert a protected yards-per-second value. When the client withholds the number, StatsPro now reports an honest unknown state instead of reusing or inventing a percentage.
• Rapid consecutive panel drags now keep the click guard until the newest drag finishes, preventing an older timer from opening Settings unexpectedly.
