StatRank

Your spec's stat priority from top raid and Mythic+ players, right on the character sheet, with a clear verdict for each secondary stat.

Summary

Your spec's stat priority from top raid and Mythic+ players, right on the character sheet, with a clear verdict for each secondary stat.

Description

StatRank

Which secondary stat should you chase next? StatRank shows the stat priority for your specialization and hero talents, based on what top raid and Mythic+ players actually wear, and tells you how your own stats compare.

Features

  • Priority panel on the character sheet. Critical Strike, Haste, Mastery and Versatility, ranked for your spec, with your current value next to the top players'.
  • A clear verdict for every stat. On target, Short by 133 or Over by 309: how much rating to gain or move, so you know what to look for on your next item. Extra rating in your #1 stat is marked as fine.
  • Hero talent aware. Each hero talent tree has its own priority. Click the hero icons on the panel to compare them. If too few top players use yours, the panel says so and shows all hero talents combined.
  • Raid and Mythic+. Auto uses raid data inside a raid and Mythic+ data everywhere else, or pick one yourself.
  • Ranks in item tooltips. Each secondary stat on an item shows its place in your priority, for example +655 Haste [1].
  • Numbers that match your character sheet. The top players' values are converted onto your own character with the game's formulas, diminishing returns included.
  • Works under Midnight's stat restrictions. While the game hides stats (boss encounters, active keystones, PvP), the panel keeps your last known values.
  • Two looks. BlizzLike matches the default character window. Modern is a flat dark panel that picks up EllesmereUI's skin and accent color when EllesmereUI is installed.
  • 11 languages: English, German, Spanish (Spain and Latin America), French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese.

How the priority is built

StatRank doesn't simulate. It looks at what the best players actually equip. For each player it takes how their secondary rating splits between the four stats, then averages those splits per specialization and hero talent tree. Stats are ranked by that average; stats within one percentage point of each other share a rank.

  • Raid: players from top Mythic raid logs on Warcraft Logs.
  • Mythic+: players from the top Raider.IO runs (their stats come from the Blizzard armory) and from top Mythic+ logs on Warcraft Logs, each player counted once.
  • Every specialization has data for both, from 30 to over 400 top players each. The data is refreshed at least every 30 days.
  • Only averaged numbers ship with the addon: no player names or individual characters.

This tells you what works for top players right now. For exact numbers for your own character, simulate it with SimulationCraft or Raidbots.

Usage

  • Open your character sheet: the panel docks to its right. Show or hide it with the StatRank button at the top of the character window.
  • Drag the panel to move it. Lock it, reset its position, or turn tooltip ranks off in the settings: Esc > Options > AddOns > StatRank.

Slash commands:

  • /statrank opens the character sheet
  • /statrank config opens the settings
  • /statrank show and /statrank hide show or hide the panel
  • /statrank lock and /statrank unlock lock or unlock its position
  • /statrank reset docks the panel back to the character sheet
  • /statrank print prints the current priority to chat
