Stat Priority Tracker (notes in character screen)

- Fixed the button (it's now under the character window, tab-style).

- Added a Settings button (maybe a bit too big; I'm probably going to change it to a small cogwheel later...).

- Moved the input to our new shiny Settings page :D!

Note: I'm currently planning on making it compatible with other AddOns so they don't get on top of eachother.

I'm also working on making the settings page a lot more complete.
