# StatPriority - know your gear at a glance and never miss a BIS again!

**Stop alt-tabbing to guides.** StatPriority puts your spec's stat priority right on your character sheet, tells you in every tooltip whether gear is an upgrade, and calls out loudly when Best-in-Slot loot drops.

## Why you'll want it

**Your stat priority, always in view**
Open your character sheet (C) and your spec's priority sits right on top, for example *Intellect > Spell Power > Hit > Crit > Haste*. It picks up your spec from your talents automatically. No talents yet? Click the bar and choose one.

**Instant upgrade / downgrade verdicts**
Hover any weapon or armor piece and see **Upgrade (+12%)**, **Downgrade (-30%)** or **Sidegrade**, compared with what you're wearing. Scores use sim-based stat weights for every Forever spec and Forever's own rating conversions. It also knows what your class can actually wear and wield.

**Never miss a Best-in-Slot drop**
BIS items get a **gold star** in their tooltip. When one drops from a boss, rolls in your group or lands in your bags, you hear an alert and a **BEST IN SLOT** splash with the item's icon pops up on screen. Preset BIS lists cover **all 9 Forever classes (28 specs)** at level 30 and level 60, and you can add your own picks.

**Easy to set up**
Type `/statprio` to open a simple settings window, or tweak everything with commands. Want to see the BIS alert before you get lucky? `/statprio bistest` shows a preview, and `/statprio bis testmode` makes every drop alert for 10 minutes.

## Quick start
1. Install it and log in. A short intro appears in chat.
2. Press **C** to see your stat priority.
3. Hover gear to see whether it's an upgrade.
4. Go loot something shiny.

## Notes
- The priorities and BIS lists are community guidance and will change as the Forever beta does. You can override any priority text.
- Found a wrong verdict? Use `/statprio debug item`, hover the item, `/reload`, and post the capture in the comments. It helps everyone.
